Heidi Lefebvre

I am an artist living and working on Ngunnawal land, Canberra, Australia. I completed a visual arts degree in Print media and Drawing, Honours  1st class and was awarded the university medal at Canberra School of Art and Design, Australian National University.

With experience in education, ethical engagement, and community development, I create inclusive spaces, facilitate workshops and create installations. My interdisciplinary practice explores narrative and creates a parley between object: subject, process: outcome.

I use reclaimed and recycled items. Through a process of resuscitation, the final objects are imbued with notions of the familiar made new.
